Prescription Management
Record the prescriber, facility and every item, then dispense in full or in part. Pharmacists sign each dispense with their own password, and a generic is only swapped in when the prescriber allowed it.
Inventory Control (FEFO)
Every batch is tracked with its expiry date, and the oldest goes out first. Expired, recalled or damaged stock can't be sold. Receive a delivery one batch at a time or import it from Excel.
Point of Sale
Levies are worked out for you on every sale. Take cash, MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or card, or split a bill between cash and MoMo. Each shift closes showing exactly how much cash is over or short.
Supervisor Approval
Cashiers can't refund on their own. A pharmacist or owner, chosen by name, approves it with their own password at the till. Only supervisors can void a sale, give a discount or sell a prescription-only medicine.
Expiry & Stock Alerts
See at a glance which batches expire soon and which products are below their reorder level. You decide how many days count as urgent, warning or notice.
Reports & Audit Trail
Sales, stock, prescription and shift reports for any date range, exported to CSV, Excel or PDF. Every change is logged with who made it and when.
Quick at the Counter
Scan with any USB barcode scanner or find a product from the keyboard. Park a customer's cart while you serve the next one, and never charge a sale twice by mistake.
Runs Without Internet
PharmaGuard lives on a computer in your pharmacy, and every till reaches it over your own WiFi. An internet outage doesn't stop a single sale.

Every sign-in, approval and dispense asks for that person's own password. Five wrong tries lock the account for 15 minutes, and idle screens sign out after an hour.

A cashier's refund needs a second, named person to approve it with their own password. The approval is recorded against their name, so nobody can act alone.
